The primary Barker Realty Office is located in the historic Gross Kelly Warehouse in the heart of the Santa Fe Railyard.

Gross Kelly and Company was vital in the history of the Southwest, expediting, transferring and exchanging goods manufacturing in the eastern U.S. As an important center of commerce, it was the first commercial building in New Mexico that heralded the Spanish Pueblos architectural style.

As trendsetters, David and Lisa Barker worked with local architect Mark Hogan in 2001 to renovate and revitalize the warehouse, transforming it into a beautiful blend of modern and traditional architecture. It is widely acknowledged to be one of the most magnificent commercial spaces in Santa Fe and is a prominent anchor tenant of the Railyard district.
